The Nishiizu Enjoyment Course is a course where you can enjoy the ingredients of Nishiizu to your heart's content.The menu includes appetizers, salted bonito and prosciutto salad, carefully selected Nishiizu-produced stone-oven-baked dried fish, roast beef, and a choice of the ever-popular Okiagari rice bowl or special pasta.After the meal, you will be served a seasonal special dessert.
