The Nishiizu Enjoyment Course is a course where you can enjoy the ingredients of Nishiizu to your heart's content.The meal includes an appetizer, salted bonito and prosciutto salad, carefully selected Nishiizu-produced stone-oven-baked dried fish, roast beef, and a special seasonal dessert after the meal.
